Toptable says about Guanabara

The true heart of Brazil is beating to an irresistible rhythm in central London and you will be dancing to it, we guarantee. The smart, chic bar, Guanabara is authentic in every detail, from the regional cuisine, to the chefs, to the very hot serving staff, to the amazing drinks. Cachaca drinks are flavoured with fruit juices flown in from Brazil. Try dishes of cassava chips, Bolinho de bacalhau (salt cod fishcakes), and Pão de Queijo (cheese bread). Then get out on that huge circular dance floor with its live bands or DJs and dance til late!

Latest 5 reviews of Guanabara

15 of us at Guananarra, eating drinking being merry and Salsa! Is a spacoius venu, perfect for parties such as ours. The food was lovely but the best thing was the salsa class for beginners going on at the dance floor, join in or not its up to you. A great night had by all.

Guanabara has a good atmosphere from the start, the girls that greet, the girls that serve, the music, all promise for a great evening, we were'nt disapointed..

I had been to Guanabara several times before, but usually towards the end of the night and had never eaten there. As usually the cocktails were excellent. The food menu is a little limited and it is not really the place for a quiet meal as the music is fairly loud. Good evening though.

Take the latest possible booking and be prepared to yell through the meal at Guanabara. By the time you are done the band will be on and you will be full of great food and drink, ready to dance the yucca off. Booking is highly recommended unless you enjoy queuing.

Arrived at Guanabara at 17.30 greated & shown to table promtly, However, it's certainly a nightclub than a restaurant. Was only given drinks menu & this is all we were offered for 15 mins. When we got hold of menu, very little choice. Food arrived quick, just like out of microwave with rice in one solid lump. Although I spent £42 & asked if we could return for entertainment later, after theatre visit, This was refused unless I pay a further £10 admission/ re-entry. Good as club, but not for food
